- Instructs Beginner’s Adult karate class at the Orrington Dojo
- Graduated from the University of Maine at Orono in 2002 with a BS in Elementary Education
- Currently teaches middle level math in Old Town, ME
- 1997 field hockey Vermont State Champion
- Avid world traveler, favorite journeys have been to Eastern European nations
- Promoted to Shodan in June 2011
